Drinking Coffee Is Good For Your Gut
A study published in the journal Nutrients found that coffee drinkers have a higher diversity of gut microbiome. What does that mean? The more diverse our gut microbiome, the healthier our digestive system!
Interestingly, this positive effect shows up in both caffeinated and decaf coffee. So whatever your coffee of choice, you can still reap the benefits!

Coffee Prices Hit Highest in Half a Century
Coffee prices have hit their highest level in 50 years. The cause? Extreme weather in Brazil and Vietnam has disrupted production, while global demand keeps rising. Add logistics issues and potential import tariffs on top, and the situation gets even more complicated.
The result? Arabica futures prices are up 70%, and robusta even higher at 80%! Consumers may feel the impact at coffee shops and supermarkets. Stockpiling in the US and Europe is making things worse.

Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza Now Exports Their Coffee By Sailboat
Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), a Brazilian coffee exporter, has started shipping their coffee beans by sailboat. And they're not messing around — this Brazil-to-France journey is 100% carbon-free!
The "Grain de Sail" ship they use can carry 18,000 kg of coffee. The journey does take longer — about 50 days. Wow!
Marcos Croce of FAF said, "This isn't just about coffee, it's also about the future of our planet."
