Rejang Lebong Robusta comes from Rejang Lebong Regency in Bengkulu and was registered as a geographical indication on 26 September 2019.
Its registration number is IDG000000087. DJKI's GI catalogue gives a long list: spice, chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, butter, flowers, cereal, nuts and fruit, with a heavy mouthfeel. Rejang Lebong neighbours Kepahiang, home of Kepahiang Robusta, and the two are Bengkulu's robusta GIs on this map. BPS recorded 55,634 tonnes of coffee from 90,500 hectares in Bengkulu in 2024, a figure for the whole province.
