Dombu Sigi Arabica Coffee

Koro's summary, from the sources below

Dombu Sigi Arabica is an arabica from Sigi Regency in Central Sulawesi, registered as a geographical indication on 12 June 2026.

Its registration number is IDG000000272, one of the youngest coffee GIs on this map. The farms sit at 1,680–1,800 m. DJKI's GI catalogue describes dense beans, a mountain aroma, and a fresh, balanced acidity. The catalogue is itself inconsistent about the place: its origin line names Banggai Regency, while its description says the coffee is grown in Sigi Regency; this map follows the GI name and the description, Sigi. It is the only coffee GI in Central Sulawesi on the map, and Sigi borders Luwu Utara, home of Seko Arabica.
